Wow.

This is not a deck id expect to see win. 60 combat cards makes me glad that it won, but combat, no blocking, no fame or tension, and no bleed pump aside from codex and an ability on miguel.

At first glance i didnt undstand why no hungry coyote, but packing 8 tasts, five glancing blow, 5 sideslip and sidestrike makes me amazed how defensive weenie cel is of beads on vamps.

Id love to know what this meta is like. Im genuinely floored o see this win. Im assuming it punished morons packing sce out the wazoo who should have been playimg tupdogs instead.

Congrats, though.

I disagree. This kind of deck can do very well. The main thing to remember is that the vampires hardly cost anything. Average crypt size 3.666, 4 Vessels and 3 Tributes plus Tastes mean that this guy will be very, very hard to oust.

If any of his predator's vampires get too cheeky, they are gone unless they also pack major combat and get lucky.

I also count two Camera Phones as bleed pump. This deck can easily get a standing bleed of six, without even counting Miguel. Swarming bruise bleed is underappreciated. The amount of combat defense means that it can survive a high-combat meta but still overwhelm its prey with the swarm. Weenies who get blocked will survive. Even if he can't cycle combat cards, he's still bleeding for a lot every round. Since they're small bleeds, they don't help bouncers much.

This deck is good for a minimum of one 1.5 VP a game, and that is what he got in the final. I'm sure table position helped, so I'm curious to see a report.
