What did the other finalists play?

Prey was Stone playing Lucian the Perfect bleeds for 8 > Nicolas playing Malkav 1-2 DOM (with Lucian "the Imperfect") > Romain playing Shalmath Summon History and finally Guilhem playing Mimir Baltimore Purge (with some bleed in it).

+1 intercept is really great, as is the additional vote.
I found Marcus weak for the cost. True, he has superior OBF, but it doesn't bring much compared to Jaroslav's +1 intercept.
