What I don't understand is the computer hacking.

Why not govern ? Or even scouting mission ? You REALLY play computer hacking with Lorrie ??

One occurence of DOM. Scouting is playable by all but star of deck, hacking by all. Only one vamp benefits from superior scouting. Conditioning is solid for what govern would do, since it lets you not use up you bleed of 3 so it gets blocked.

Theres 2 bleed actions, but Im sure in principle theres no reason to use scouting at all, and not much more for govern, in this rare instance.

yes it used to have Governs they got in the way.

Also less dominate cards = good [less scary when someone looks at your ash heap]
