I think Vincent is way busy with the Anthology set etc, but yeah, TWDA hasn't been updated at least some time before EC. I'd dare guess it boils down to priorities...

And Hall of Fame should also have some changes in it too.

Isn't this a problem that can be solved by throwing more people at the problem?

Spreading the load on updating the TWDA and Hall of Fame would help avoid delays, and add insurance against the maintainer going AWOL in the future.
