Card idea: Power of the Primogen

I´ve just re-read Chicago By Night 1st Edition, and I came to think of some kind of card that makes primogen stronger when they agree on stuff (ie, being controlled by the same Methuselah hehe)

Power of the Primogen
Unique master
Requires you to have at least 2 primogen in play. All your primogen gain 1 vote. Once per turn, one of your primogen may burn 1 blood to gain 1 intercept. Burn this card if you control less than 2 primogen.

Or something like that. What do you think?

(BTW: Will of the Council sucks)
