When you move Elvis from your uncontrolled region to your ready region, you may equip him with a Legendary Vampire master from your hand, or library in your next master phase (shuffle afterwards, and pay the cost as normal).

I'm don't like the whole Elvis craze too much, but the idea of a very well-known human turned vampire has potential, and the abilities show well what he is.

He should not be cap 9, more like cap 4 or 5, and he should definitely not be prince. Don't forget he's a neonate in the vampire society...
