New sabbat card

Master. Requires a ready cardinal or regent.
Choose a ready vampire. Methuselahs may bid pool to remove that vampire from the game. The winner pays the bid to the blood bank and choses whether to remove the vampire from the game or not. Only 1 Sabbat Justice can be played in a game.

Funny how a watered-down, sabbat version of Temptation of greater power feel powerful

Apart than that, an useable card, that feel too much as a mirror of the camarilla version. May be really too costly, especially since you are less likely able to make another methuselah pay for the bid.

I would change the "burned" by "diablerized by any vampire without blood hunt referendum".

On a minor technical point, for clarity it would be better to say "Requires a ready cardinal or regent."

(A regent counts as a cardinal - rulebook 10.2 - but it's preferable to be explicit.)
