diablerise a vampire. If the chosen vampire is from the same clan, this action gains +1 stealth. If the chosen vampire is older, this vampire gains 2 additional votes during the bloodhunt referendum. If the chosen vampire is non-Sabbat, this vampire gains 1 additional vote during the bloodhunt referendum.


Intent:
Sabbat are diablerists. The older, the tastier and the more tacit approval of the idea that if you can get the power it is your's to keep. The additional bonuses to diablerising non-Sabbat vampires is purely just a function of the Sabbat vs the World.

I wonder if you meant it to read, "Diablerize a vampire in torpor." (If so, it's not useful often enough to be worth it; if not, it's crazy.)
