Card Idea: Seneschal

Political Action
Requires a Prince.
Put this card on a ready, non-titled Camarilla vampire you control with capacity above 7. While ready, the vampire with this card may tap and burn a blood to give this Prince +1 stealth or +1 intercept during a political action. Whenever this Prince blocks or becomes blocked, the vampire with this card may tap and burn a blood to cancel the resulting combat. The opposing minion enters combat with this minion instead.

Oh yes, Camarilla definitely need another prince card, just in case someone thought playing archbishop instead.

Additionaly, why a senechal would enter combat instead of its prince ? He is no bodyguard or anything !

According to the white wolf wiki, a Seneschal is the "right hand" for the prince. That could be served in many different capacities, and one card to serve them all as you have suggested is a wall of text and perhaps tries to do too much.

In my brief experience LARPing, the Seneschal acted as the prince when the prince was not around.

How about this:

If this referendum is successful, put this card on a non-titled Camarilla vampire you control with capacity above 5. The vampire with this card may play cards requiring a prince title. Burn this card if the acting prince leaves play, or if this vampire gains a title or changes sect.

Why would you play this instead of a Praxis Seizure? To be honest, it's more reliable to pack vote push and get another prince altogether. But there are situations where your cross table "allies" have votes, and they won't let you have a prince but they might let you have a Seneschal.

I don't think that's a good enough reason to print this card to be honest, but if there were another advantage to the card, maybe it would be worth it.

As Luna suggested, you could allow this vampire to give the prince stealth or intercept. Perhaps you could allow the Seneschal to move blood to the prince. Maybe allow the Seneschal to pay for cards that require a prince, played by the prince. How about an option for the Seneschal to recycle tradition cards from the ash heap?

The possibilities are endless, and certainly the set of cards it would be present in would influence that decision.

It occured to me that perhaps this should be an action instead of a political action. Or at least restrict voting to Camarilla vampires.

You create random cards that either serve no purpose or make the game even more imbalanced as an hobby ? Or do you simply hate VtES ?

That wasn't too friendly or constructive...

But was true. I don't think princes need more cards, and i don't get why it require prince and why it's political action.
