Nagaraja Skin Carver

Ok, this is probably not great, but it's just for fun. Inspired by the song "Skin Carver" by Danzig.

Skin Carver
Unique Equipment. 2
Only useable by a Nagaraja.
Bearer of Skin Carver may inflict 1 damage as a action.
Strength +1 damage each strike with this weapon.
At the end of combat, gain blood equal to damage inflicted to a mortal, or if the bearer of this equipment is ready and the opposing minion was sent to torpor in this combat, this vampire gains an amount of blood equal to the amount lost by the opposing vampire to damage during this round.

So melee weapons aren't all that useful, and Nagaraja aren't really a combat clan, but I liked the idea anyway.
