Card Idea: Exchange Rate

To try make aggressive combat not need to go "Nuclear Winter" on anything nearby... here is another idea.

Put half the blood or life lost, round up, by the opposing minion onto this card. If this minion is ready after combat ends, put the counters on this card in your pool.
