Requires a vampire with a clan above 4 capacity. Take control of a younger clanless vampire and untap that vampire. Put this card on the vampire and untap the vampire. This vampire is now the same clan as the acting vampire and gains a level of a discipline the acting vampire has at superior. Return the vampire to it's controller at the end of this minion phase. +1 Capacity.

I am not claiming it is broken, but one has to be careful with effects that can grant bloodlines disciplines.

Written that, you can use that on your own vampire no ? Because untapping and giving a discipline, even only once per weenie, can be pretty good, maybe too good, with thing like as the crow or Freak Drive (or black hand untap maybe too ?).

If the intent is to use it only on other methuselah vampire, it's just way too narrow to be widely played.

As written, yes it can be used on your own vampires. That is intended. "Only usable on another methuselah's caitiff" would be too situational to be of any use.

Give me an example of "Very Bad Thing Happen, TM" that is any worse than a Kine Resources Contested or a Conditioning.

Since it targets a vampire without a clan and gives the target a clan it can only be used once on each vampire.

Well, both the free untap and the free level in discipline are extremely easy to use.

The free untap allow to vote + bleed or govern inf + govern sup. And it can include KRC and conditionning . It's far easier to have a bunch of 2-cap caitiff with in play than a bunch of smallcap in play.

The free lvl of discipline allow for easy summon history, Vaticination, and certainly other bad stuff from other bloodline.

Both ? This is madness. It's not "if" someone can abuse that, but "how".
