Art notes:
Tiberius is reading a print of Anarch Free Press. He wears a mock press hat from the early 20th century, and a grin similar to the original art. There's a smart phone, and he's wearing a hands-free on the collar of his leather jacket.

How does this card address a compelling game need?:
Once again giving a bit more extra to G1 vampires, I came up with this idea while working with Tusk the Talebearer. I tried to follow the scandalmonger drama. Teach him presence and go to town with serpentis and Scalpel Tongue - or whatever else you can imagine. He might be unpreditable during other players' votes though, so either be careful or just go with the anarch flow.
