Art Notes: A hooded vampire, his back to the picture with two out stretched hands, drawing power from one hand and focusing through the other. His head is tilted to upwards and light is shooting up into the sky coming from an unseen eye.

World of Darkness reference: Obeah healing is associated with the first three levels of Obeah, specifically: Panacea, Anesthetic Touch and Corpore Sano (Vampire Dark Ages, Revised,DAV,V20, and V20DA). Valeren has both Burning Touch and Healer's Touch. Vampire the Dark Ages 20th Anniversary Edition page 260,262.

How does this card address a compelling game need?: There are 20 Obeah cards and half of them are actions. The way they are designed, they are expected to take multiple actions and use action modifiers to get their actions through. However, what happens is that Salubri usually get hand jammed. Either they don't enough unlock, they run out of blood too quickly, they are forced to take actions other than from cards in their hand, or no one attempts to block their actions and they are sitting with hand full of action modifiers. The design of this card is to allow Salubri and Salubri Antitribu to effect stack the potency of their actions. This particularly important for Salubri Antiribu who find that without a rush mechanic no one wants to block them. This means that Salubri and Salubri Antitribu can add a minor effect to another action and this card is fairly unlikely to get jammed in their hand.

No major changes, some slight wording updates. The card is good, especially the and text as the blood gain is very relevant. text might be a little weak, but considering this a modifier and stack-able onto another action it really is fine.
