Art notes:

He always has a deck of cards on him. Short dark hair, striking eyes, a devilish grin and a nicely trimmed goatee. He prefers finer cloths and looking sharp, but won't sacrifice convenience for fashion. He has tattoos but generally keeps them hidden so that he can control what is visible to his marks.

World of Darkness Reference:

Los Angeles by Night, page 97. He is Irena's sire and a part of the group that traveled the South West. After Irena pulled the scam on the leader of her "family" she parted ways.

How does this card address a compelling game need?:

He is a solid Anarch vampire. There are only two 6 capacity Ravnos in group 4 and neither of which are Anarchs. He has which means he has synergy with Mata Hari, Hazimel, and Dr. Lawrence Mayhew. The addition of means he has favorable access for several Anarch cards including Illegalism and Guardian Vigil. 6 capacity is about the sweet spot for Ravnos but their current 6 caps in group 4 are pretty bad. He seems pretty vanilla but his combinations of disciplines are about perfect since has access to full use of Heart's Desire and Nightmare Curse and still has the ability to use Forced March. I suspect he will be staple Ravnos for Group 4 with his only weakness is that he doesn't have like Mata Hari or to fully utilize Illegalism.

Update: July 24th 2017

The average point cost for 6 capacity Ravnos is 6.5 points, with that in mind, I am going to add which gets reduce by -0.5 since it will be the 5th disciplines. Multiple disciplines are a really big deal for Anarchs and it would be nice to have like most Ravnos. No other change. Jacopo is pretty awesome especially using Illegalism with and . The will add a potential bleed modifier for him.
