Art notes:

Short blond hair, blue eyes and slightly dark skin. He has a sharp jaw line and looks very physically fit. He has an overwhelming charm and charisma. He is wearing a nice dress shirt and pants. He usually carries a brief case with an unassembled assault rife inside.

World of Darkness Reference:

He is LARP character. Specifically an Assamite with high levels of Clan Impersonation Ventrue. His mission required him to infiltrate an Anarch city. I spoke to the player to get his approval before submitting this character. His additional vote comes from his significant allies and contacts.

How does this card address a compelling game need?:

It adds an 8 capacity vampire for Anarchs which isn't Gangrel or Brujah (currently the only options). A very solid spread of disciplines with an overlap on disciplines for many vampires group 4-5. His entering play ability combos with Hackerspace. In addition, he combos very will with Aisha az-Zahra and provides a solid character for Anarch Assamite crypt using Anarch Converts with Alamut and possibly Amaravati. He could bleed but I think he would find a home in an Anarch Vote/Combat deck.

Antara's disciplines, same Clan, Group, and Capacity: = 9 points in Disciplines. There only two 8 cap Assimites that have less than 8 points in disciplines. One has +1 bleed and the other has agg damage. So the disciplines amount seem right to me at 8, however he does not need the additional vote and the weapon equip ability (from library) is worth 2 points. From hand only is 1.5 points. With the change, his text length drops as well.
