Art notes: He is physically 16 years old. He has a demented grin and gleaming green eyes. Long red hair, a thin angular face and lanky long arms and legs. He has a full page picture on page 82 of Transylvania by Night.

World of Darkness Reference: Pages 82 and 83 of Nights of Transylvania by Night. His listed skills are Etiquette (Fae) and Stealth. His backgrounds are Herd and Status. In his story he lures his enemies into a trap and convinces the Unseelie fae to destroy them.

How does this card address a compelling game need?:

He makes a Malkavian Antitribu Ally deck viable. He has all three in-clan disciplines at Superior. He has a reduce cost effect, an effect that allows him and other vampires to ignore recruit restrictions, and a buffing effect that makes Dauntain Black Magician threatening. He costs 8, but he could be combined with another vampire that reduces cost like Sébastian Goulet, but I am not certain that is a problem. In theory he could cross over with Kiasyd for Song of Pan, but again I doubt that would be a problem either.

Good and Bad with this card.
Good: +1 bleed for Changeling, that alone makes Dauntain Black Magician (Changeling) viable. The cost reduction is very nice. The fact that any vampire can use the reduction is very nice, as Malk antitribu have no easy way to unlock after recruiting.
Bad: The text is too long, the recruit ignoring requirements text is pretty much completely unnecessary, the strength increase is never really important and the cost reduction only applying to changeling is very limiting.

What happens is this... You never play any changeling other than Dauntain Black Magician (Changeling) and you end up putting out multiple allies (like Escaped Mental Patient, Carlton Van Wyk (Hunter), and Neighborhood Watch Commander (Hunter) which the cost reduction doesn't apply. Then no one ends up blocking your changeling and you end up
trying to block with them using Narrow Minds, Babble, occasionally you throw down Total Insanity on your prey or predator's vampires. Then when your Ally does get into combat, they strike with Target Vitals anyway and the +1 strength is completely unnecessary. On the other hand, +1 intercept would make a significant difference.

Minor change. The stacking reduction is too powerful. Instead I opted for a more classic design and used the extra 0.5 points for the Bishop title. In addition, I shrunk the card text.
