How does this card address a compelling game need?: Increase power level of sabbat related decks, prevent vampire stealing and show sabbat community.

Put this card on this Sabbat vampire and unlock them.You may lock Ductus to move a minion card from your hand on this card face down, This vampire can play these cards as if from your hand. A vampire can have only one Abbot, Ductus or Priest.

Priest
+1 stealth action. Requires a Sabbat vampire.
Put this card on this Sabbat vampire and unlock them.You may lock Priest and burn 1 blood to unlock this vampire after successful action requiring sabbat, [This card doesn't unlock as normal, this vampire may burn 1 blood to unlock this card.] A vampire can have only one Abbot, Ductus or Priest.

World of Darkness reference: Pack priests perform rituals.

How does this card address a compelling game need?: Increase diversity of sabbat decks, giving them additional options to play with. Specifically it's nice to combo it with harvest rites or chalice of kinship or local 1111. Could work in political decks too, with for example cardinal benedition or crusades, Perhaps additional blood for each subsequent unlock is bit too much, but better to err on up side than op side.Combo well with Zillah's tears too.

The other two cards, I'm less enthused by, but this I quite like.

One thing I particularly like is the combination of a decent ability you can plan to use (blood movement), and a more sketchy ability that you can't plan on because it depends on what other people do. But you can totally put it in your deck even if you're not that worried about the possibility of some hideous Mind Rape or Spirit Marionette or Graverobbing monstrosity hitting you. It also doesn't kill that deck stone dead, just upsets it on that one action.

Personally, I'd like to see a little more of this style of card, as a way of just taking the edge off some top tier strategies. They'd still be quite playable, just with an obstacle or two to make life harder.

I agree with James. The Basilica letting you move blood to and from two ready / uncontrolled vamps (acceleration) combined with the potential to cancel the theft of one of our vamps is a nice interesting utility card. The first effect alone is probably enough to justify a card, but having the second effect, which is somewhat situational / conditional, is a nice touch, a good little bonus.
