Card idea: On the List

"When you play this card, you may put a Trophy from your hand into play before replacing this card from your library."

That seems like a solid compromise. If you're willing to put them on the Red List, stump up some loot for taking them out.

Maybe 'put a trophy on this card, if the redlist goes down, the one that did it may take the trophy'. So others can take advantage of this card even if you don't like it.

I think that Beast/Theo think it is great, their prominence in tournaments is assured. (i.e. It is too good in decks that have minions with permanent rush.)

What do you think of the added requirement of an older titled vampire to play this card? That should balance it out and lets Theo and Beast need an titled ally in the ready region.

Excactly. But to control an 8-cap as your highest minion wouldn't allow you to play "On the List" on vampires 8+. So that is not a big issue as many decks would be save from the card.
