A former Caitiff burning a Clan Impersonation makes you Caitiff (and Camarilla).

No. She becomes Camarilla. Changing to Caitiff is handled the same as changing
to a clan.

Thanks, that's what I had in mind when I said "debatable", as some vampires in play (given that some set up has been done) can become Caitiff.
