not really. There are thousands of companies that are doing what chapterhouse was doing. Chapterhouse is/was the only one that was actively and specifically proclaiming their wares for use with 40k. Every other place that I've seen uses "for 28mm heroic scale miniatures." Or something to that effect.

And honestly the chapterhouse sculpts were pretty awful.

There have been other groups that have approached CCP about acquiring VTES in the not so distant past, the main person at CCP could be described as "difficult to do business with" to put it lightly. The deals fell through for perceived notions on that specific individuals part.
