It's a french site; however Chrome auto translates.

It has everything except the VEKN cards.

Heck, Quines has translated all the cards to Spanish so, in the long run, making translated versions available too would be cool!

I would be fine with this as long as translated versions were not tournament legal.
English should stay the "common ground" on which players meet for competition (at least in my opinion).

Indeed so.
But I'd assume that the sizeable Spanish player base would love to play casual with up to date prints in their own language.

Besides, I'd estimate that if they used spanish cards in local tournaments no one would have a problem with that; quite contrary.

If you have a database with every recent picture of vtes cards. Then we just need a deckbuilder program that can convert decklists into pdf files, so you can build a deck and print it. Shouldnt be very hard for a programmer. right?

The program already exists, we use it to generate the PDF sets. I just need the illustrations that I don't have. So if anyone has all the card illustrations, I can generate those cards.
