V:EKN Constitutional Framework and Chairman/VC Election 2013

Dear players,

please find attached the Constitutional Framework for the Vampire Elder Kindred Network. It describes the aims of the organization, membership rules, roles of the Inner Circle, their responsiblities, how they get appointed and how Chairman/VC get elected.

The next Chairman/VC election is up during the EC2013 in Stockholm, if you are interested please have a closer look on how to nominate (in the document) and the deadlines.

This document formalizes the de-facto rules and is effective as of now.
