After playing this a few times some adjustments have been made; so here are the new rules if anyone is interested in playing this gamestyle the way we(our group) feel is more consistent with how 'twas the most fun as a STORY telling game. Following I will attach the world Brujah deck we used to test and which we tweek everytime we play it.

Vampire World Play

Three decks in the center of table make up the world to be played in, consisting of one crypt (max 50 vampires), one of only Master cards (50max) and one deck consisting of only minion cards (max 150).

Each player has 30 pool as usual, each player draws 4 vampires from world crypt and 7 cards from the world minion deck as usual... Seating arrangements and who starts first is determined (however y'all want). The starting player flips 1 card from each deck and places in the world face-up these are face-up world cards. Any face up card in the center of the table can be played as per normal rules. If ever there is no face-up world card for a deck one is immediately drawn and placed face-up.

Untap phase is resolved as normal.

Master phase now resolves like this:
If you have a master phase (didn't play an OoT), draw a master card from the world deck. Either play that master, another from your hand or the face-up or place it in hand and discard down to handsize.

Minion phase now resolves like this :
Flip a minion card to the face-up world on top of the previous face-up card. Resolve your minion phase as normal. All Combat, political, reacting, all that basic stuff remains unchanged.

Discard phase is resolved as normal with the exception that any discarded master card goes into a world ash heap not individual ash heap, (just to keep them separate for when cards run out and then reshuffling into play is required).

Influence phase is the same with the exception that you can pay 1 pool to either move the face-up vampire to your uncontrolled or move a new unknown vampire to your uncontrolled from the world crypt. Or you can simply spend 4 transfers(no pool cost) to flip a new vampire to the face-up world crypt.

Methuselahs are no longer ousted with the same results. They now enter a methuselah torpor state(keeping all cards but totally out of play, except ash heap which may be used if/when reshuffling is required) victory points and 6pool are still rewarded as normal, but beginning the next untap turn and each methuselah's turn( on untap) the player gains 1 pool when/if reaches 10 pool can begin play as normal. Play ends when pre determined time-out occurs or all but one methuselah are in torpor state.

When/if a deck in the middle of the table runs empty all cards of that type not being used are shuffled and put back in the middle. The face-up card is considered in play for this purpose, so all cards from ash heaps plus cards under the first face-up card are shuffled and placed back in the world deck.

we've taken to calling the face-up card simply the FU!! card.
