So, then basically the NC is appointed by the Princes for their Country? (Might be worth labelling them a Justicar, since the Board are the Inner Circle, in that sense...

)

Also I think it would probably be worth naming a particular member of the IC to deal with problems with Princes or NCs... just means there is ONE person in the IC who has the buck stop with them regarding Princes.

Just to mention: I can't yet get to the Prince forum.

Know that step by step things will get in place. Only a little bit of anxiety. B)

At least in the US, Princes are largely self-appointed; Ben for the most part as NC just says 'sure, you're now on my list' after someone tells him they're interested.

Yep. He's an Agent of Satan, but his duties are largely ceremonial...
