Is this a valid combo

If i start a bleed action with night moves, it successful so then i play spying mission, then play marked path. Is this legal.

Night Moves , unblocked and the bleed is not reduced to zero by Telepathic Counter or similar cards.
Spying Mission , reduces the bleed to zero but keeps the action successful.
Marked Path , played on a successful directed action.

Legal and useful.
