So just for clarrification after re-reading the rules.

You can only play (1) Action card, Political Action card or Equip Action card per Vampire.

You can only play (1) Action Modifier card or Reaction card of the same card per Vampire. Not 2 of the same card.

You can play as many Manuevers per vampire per round of combat to determine range.

"Is this DIFFERENT cards or can you play the same Manuever cards back to back?"

You can only play 1 Additional Action card or effect to gain only 1 Additional Strike.

You can play as many Presses per vampire per round of combat to determine if combat continues or ends.

"Is this DIFFERENT cards or can you play the same Press cards back to back?"

Manouvers and presses can indeed come from the same source (multiples of the same card).

To be more specific, combat cards can be played as many as you want by default (many have individual card text limiting them though)

If range was established at Long and there is a Press to go to the next round, does range revert back to Close, or stay at Long?

Yup.
Notice than several of you OTHER vamps can all play Cloak the Gathering superior.

Yes and these can all be copies of the same combat card, but you can do so only of you need to countermaneuver. That is, after you've used your first maneuver your opponent needs also to play maneuver before you can use a second maneuver etc. So you just can't first maneuver to long and then cycle cards to maneuver close, then long again -rinse and repeat until you have the cards in hand you need.

See my maneuver answer above. You can't, all by yourself, press to continue, press to end, press to continue etc



Some relevant points from the rules in regard to you questions:

1.6.3. Minion Cards
2. Action modifier cards: The acting minion can play these cards to modify his action. For example, some action modifiers increase the acting minion's stealth or bleed amount or give him more votes. A minion cannot play the same action modifier more than once during a single action.

6. Reaction cards: A ready untapped minion can play a reaction card in response to an action taken by another Methuselah's minion (an action taken by one of a Methuselah's minions cannot be reacted to by any of her own minions). A minion cannot play the same reaction card more than once during a single action. A reaction card does not tap the minion using it.


6.1.6. Action Card (or Card in Play)
A minion cannot perform an action with the same action card more than once each turn, even if he untaps. A minion cannot perform each action via the same card in play (including from the minion's own card text) more than once each turn, even if he untaps.

6.4.3. Strike
Additional Strikes: Some cards and effects allow a minion to make additional strikes during the current round of combat. Additional strikes are announced (gained) and performed (used) only after the first pair of strikes are completed. The acting minion decides whether or not to gain additional strikes before the opposing minion, as usual. Additional strikes are handled by having another choose strike phase and resolve strike phase in which only the minions with additional strikes may play strike cards. All additional strikes take place at the same range. This is repeated as necessary. A minion cannot use more than one card or effect to gain additional strikes per round of combat.

Awesome! Thanks everyone. I just wanted to make sure I was doing all that right. What about:

If range was established at Long and there is a Press to go to the next round, does range revert back to Close, or stay at Long?
