If Methuselah C attempts to remove Seeds of Corruption played by Methuselah A on a minion controlled by Methuselah B, it is an action directed at Methuselah B.

As above, but the vampire burns 2 additional blood when attempting an action; Followers of Set burn 3 additional blood.

Correct - minions cards on minions are controlled by controller of the minion they are on.
