multi-discipline cards

Hi i have a doubt, for cards like Quicken Sight that list more than one discipline for its effects does it means that the vampire need to have both disciplines to play it or just one of the two?

AUS CEL As above, but with +2 intercept.

Both.

These cards tend to have more powerful effects thus the prerequisites for playing them are higher.
