The diablerie vote

I was playing a FOS brainwash/corruption deck and gained control of a vampire who currently held the title of justicar of his clan using temptation... I then used that justicar to diablerize a low cap I had in torpor... bloodhunt is automatically called now... my opponent was upset that I used the justicar's own votes to vote in favor of a bloodhunt on himself, buring him.

I just wanted to confirm that this series of events was copacetic?

It doesn't seem to contradict any rules I know of.

It doesn't seem to contradict any rules I know of.

Not only is it copacetic, it is the preferred solution for Tempted justicars.

Its thematically correct behavior for setites as well.

Was it Lucinde? She has a history of doing naughty things with setites......

Is Lucinde a setite? I can't remember exactly who it was that temptationed I know it was a male low cap group 2...Khslil or Sir marriot.

I do try to keep my deck themed

One of my happiest VEKN memories is when my Drusilla Euphemia took control of my prey's Arika, his only untapped minion -funny things is that he said he didn't have any reactions in the deck and I played stealth so there was NO reason to leave Arika untapped, especially Drusilla on table.

Arika proceeded to diablerize my prey's torporized Democritius and Arika afterwards naturally voted in favour of burning herself. Diablerie is a heinous sin after all!

I don't think I've ever succesfully managed to use her ability before or after.
