As many times as you have the strike CE:CONTINUE action card to play.

In general, there's no limit.

However, in terms of combat cards, Form of Mist is restricted to one per action (card text).

Some similar effects are action modifiers, like Shadow Boxing and Momentary Delay. In those cases, you're still affected by the ordinary "one per minion per action" limit.
