Only usable when another vampire you control enters combat. Tap this reacting vampire and end combat. Each of the vampires involved in that combat goes to torpor.


I assume that tapping the vampire is mandatory, so you can't tap a tapped reacting vampire unless the reaction used untaps the vampire. Am I correct?

There's a tap effect that you can't avoid, but it's not a cost. It's not "tap this vampire TO end combat". So a Prince under a wake-like effect can play Legacy of Power.
