Merging vampires with Disciplin Cards attached

Friends,

What happens when a base or advanced vampire with discipline cards attached ,
For example, a Base Theo Bell with a Celerity Master on him merges?

Is the discipline card burned?

Does is stay in play and still apply the +1 capacity?

Or it stays and the capacity is moved to 7?

I've checked rulings and manual and could not find anything specific.

Rulebook 1.5 : "The counters and cards on the vampire remain."

Your Celerity skill card, the Heroic Might, the Mr. Winthrop, the IR Goggles and the Pentex Subversion someone else played will all remain on your Theo Bell.
