Vlad's babies and Sect

What sect does a an Embrace or Third Tradition have when created by Vlad Tepes, who is an Independent Tszimisce?
The cards only mention that the Clan is inherited from the parent, but what about the sect? Will it be the same as the parent? Or will it be the default of the Clan, which would be Sabbat for Tszimisce?

Put this card in play; it becomes a non-unique 1-capacity vampire of the same clan as the acting vampire. You may go through your library (shuffle afterward), ash heap or hand to find a Discipline card for this vampire. Move up to 2 blood from the acting vampire to this vampire. This vampire cannot take any actions this turn.


Embrace, The

+1 stealth action. Requires a ready non-Sterile vampire.
Put this card in play; it becomes a non-unique vampire with 1 capacity of the same clan as the acting vampire. This vampire must hunt this turn.

Vlad's Vladness is irrelevant for these cards (except that it lets him play Third Tradition). All that's inherited is the clan, and the baby vampire gets the default sect. An Independent Lasombra (e.g. Lucita) playing the Embrace creates a Sabbat Lasombra. A Camarilla Prince Gangrel (e.g. Ingrid Rossler) playing Third Tradition creates an Independent Gangrel.

A few baby makers do let you inherit the sect - Tumnimos, Waters of Duat, Hatchling, Create Gargoyle, and Thin Blooded Seer - but those are irrelevant here, because they don't require a title or sect. A Camarilla Setite can play Waters of Duat, a Sabbat Ravnos can play Tumimos etc. (And Vlad would need to Clan Impersonate or similar first anyhow.)
