Therbold Realty and "loquipment" was created by hardyrange

Hello out there,

how does Therbold Realty interact with "loquipment" (equipment cards that have "This equipment card represents a unique location and does not count as equipment while in play." in their card text)?

The assumption is that Therbold Realty will also reduce the cost of these cards - correct?

Therbold Realty, Master, R , [LotN:R]
Master: unique location. Locations cost you 1 less blood or pool.

Yes, it does reduce the blood cost of the PE.
