Shattered Mirror release action and allies

I just want to confirm something before I build a tactic around some of the new stuff coming out...
I've noticed Shattered Mirror is playable on any younger vampire or ally, but the action to remove the reaction card after it's been added to you costs 1 Blood...

Am I correct that Allies cannot remove this card using their life? And since only the minion with the shattered mirror can remove it, it cannot be removed?

Yes, allies can't take actions that cost blood. Even an ally who can play certain cards as a vampire can't do anything here, because Shattered Mirror isn't a card they're playing.

Using the built-in remove action, no-one else can take that.

The card could be removed with Cleansing Ritual, though that's obviously unlikely.
