History of V:TES Rules

Could www.vekn.net/history-of-vtes-rules be updated with more recent RTRs?

Would it be possible to fix the RTRs that are listed there to make them readable e.g. getting rid of what looks like Microsoft Office CSS styling, fixing the pages in [\pre] style so they're one continuous block of text?

Could it be linked from the General Rulings section too?
