Hi there. Something I want to clarify before it comes up with my play group.
Player A is bleeding with Karsh and Player B blocked with Heltor.
Karsh burns a blood to treat aggravated damage as normal, and both players declare hand strikes.
Can Player B play Rötshreck?

Please include cardtexts rather than images. For instance, Karsh's cardtext is hardly readable.
Karsh's special only changes the way Karsh handles aggravated damage. The damage is nevertheless aggravated, so all conditions are met to play Rötschreck.
