If I have a vampire like Abraham Mellon that increases my handsize, and I use Illusion of the Kindred and pull another one, will my hand increase by +2?

Yes, assuming one was already in play ready already providing +1 hand size when the illusion is brought into play which would provide additionally +1 hand size until the end of the combat.
