Sutekh 0.8.12

On behalf of the Sutekh development team I'm delighted to announce the release of Sutekh 0.8.12

This is an update and bugfix release for Sutekh 0.8. In particular, Sutekh 0.8.12 adds full support for the new 25th Anniversary set. It also fixes a bug in the parsing code where the rarity for cards reprinted by Black Chantry would be incorrectly assigned to older printings.

How do you install it on 19.04 or 19.10 considering there are no python-rsvg package here ?

Thanks for the report - that was poor testing on our side.

I've released updated debs with the correct dependencies which work for me on a Ubuntu 19.04 installation.

We've also released version 0.8.13 to fix a bug with the card images plugin which could cause so annoying crashes.

Where are .deb or pypi packages to download, or ppa with eoan (yes, i know it's bleeding edge) ? easy_install method is no longer an option since python-setuptools no longer have it for some reasons. Anyway, thanks for effort !

I've added an (untested) eoan build to the ppa.
