Yes, it tools-up and becomes imbattible, then gets 3VPs.

From the general look of it, it's more a kind of multi act (and rush) deck, since it can use Summon history the talbot once in your turn and once out of your turn (thank to Enkil Cog), and have everything to burn vampires once the setup is done, and still being dangerous before that.

(of course, with 10 tutor on 78 card it have fairly diverse option, including a bit of intercept, but the 3! enkil cog in one deck lead me to believe it's more acty than blocky )

It´s really "cheap" deck. 10 summon + 1 heart + 3 cog + 1 unmasking
