It's not 7 lines, so it's currently moot. In current wording, this card would help combat decks that pack some ousting actions like bleed or politics. In current meta if you play that say Public Trust or Loss with your mid cap :bruj: !bruj! :tore: !tore! :assa: , once they block the action, they are safe and might get hit or get away with some defense. And thats it. Once this card is legal, they have to consider blocking with two vampires (or block again with the same vampire if it's ready), they are no longer safe (i'm mostly looking at weenies, against big caps this card is not very strong).

Celerity already have non-combat version of continuing the action, why it shouldn't have combat oriented ability to continue action.

:FOR: is useful outside combat, it have freak drives and daring the dawn.

:POT: have permanent strength boosts, in form of preternatural and heroic might, and have in-combat solution that give you pool (Laibon have good bleed/bloat card requiring :POT:).

What :CEL: have outside combat ? Weak bleed action and action to *maybe* burn 1 pool ? +1 stealth, yes, that card is good for some decks, anything else ? Giving :CEL: card that help your minions perform successfully action that was blocked by some random speedbump and get rid of your red cards at the same time would make :cel: or :CEL: valuable on your big/mid caps without thoughts like 'why this vampire have celerity instead of something valuable like presence or dominate or fortitude'.

How many times you just glanced at a high cap vampire with :CEL: or :cel: and without :FOR: or :for: and discarded him afterward as 'big cap without multiacting or stealth are simply not worth it' ?

:laso: :CEL: :DOM: :OBT: :POT: :cap8:

It's not 7 lines, so it's currently moot.

Bear in mind that Seven Line Syndrome refers generally to a lot of text. It doesn't necessarily apply literally to just 7 lines. And also remember that 7 lines on the VEKN forum does not equate to 7 lines of text on an actual card (the card has less space).

In current meta if you play that say Public Trust or Loss with your mid cap :bruj: !bruj! :tore: !tore! :assa: , once they block the action, they are safe and might get hit or get away with some defense. The card is just asking to be abused by a Toreador Aching Beauty deck. Also, the restrictions (not losing blood or ending combat) are easily avoided through effects like Eyes of Blades.

You mean toreador aching beauty deck that don't play majesty or torrent ? Eyes of blade dont work against carrion crows and against presses (like the immortal grapple, aids, hidden strength), so yeah, it's not good in those. Also, eotb have very harsh dnr.

You still think it's good for aching beauty ?
