New Crypt Card - Kiasyd G6

It was probably not the OP's intent, but he is utterly broken: as written, he can use his special several times per action. He needs to be rewritten as:

During a bleed action, you may discard one card at random from your hand to give Chandler +1 Bleed.

No, he still wouldn't be balanced.

He's a point over for what 7-caps should be:

7 discipline points + 1 point title + 1 point bleed special = 9 points, whereas 7-caps should get 8.

Compare to other 7-cap Prisci:

Korah, Stavros, and Xendil Charmer all have similar discipline spreads and titles, but no bleed special.

So you'd probably need to drop the bleed special or one discipline level.

Is there any particular reason why you think the Kiasyd should have a second Priscus?

Or even one additional kyaside. Isn't the gr6 complete with HttB (I could be wrong). Does this vampire fill a particular hole in Kyaside ? (I don't think so).

The off-clan discipline seem extremely random. There is no dom / ser vampire in 5/6, nor any kyaside with Serpentis, so I really don't see a way to use that.

So, it's a random priscus with a random discipline and a boring and recurrent special (+1 bleed with a small price). It's not bad per se, all clan have vampires like that, but it does not mean much alone.

To be fair, all of them are bit overcosted, they have 6.75 in disciplines (fourth disicipline cost 0.75 or even 0.5 in many cases) and 1 in title.
