Are you trying to help find Artwork for the VEKN?

One of the things about my job means that I do get to be around potentially good young artists who might struggle to get anywhere.

I have been thinking of ways I can tap into the desires of school kids and those who leave to go to uni, to want to be able to get some profile for their artwork. Especially those who are thinking of studying Fine Art, Design, etc at University or Tertiary Education.


So I'm wondering, are there others out there who are trying to see if there are artists who might consider pro-bono art for the VEKN? I think its a great opportunity for new artists to really get some profile and potentially end up in a lot more paid work later.

mmm actually a friend of mine proposed stuff to damnans but he judged her style "too corny" so she was a bit disappointed and did not propose new art.
(if you are interested -maybe you are looking for an independant illustrator in your company ? she works with photo shop and patience only and can adapt to several styles.

to each his own opinion but I think it's still way better than some horrible stuff we had in previous sets. Yes, Frank Litzpar, i'm looking at you !

@Reyda: I like it! Especially the first and third one, she should apply again.

The art isn't bad, but I know exactly why Gines knocked it back. It's good but I don't think it is quite "VTES" either. I'd love to have her artwork on a more traditional table-top fantasy game or RPG.

I'm just thinking that with all of the upcoming possibility for 'new art' either needed or wanted, we should be funneling people toward Gines (aka Damnans).

Joke aside, she was willing to work for free, but she got discouraged. So no more submission from her, sorry.
