Chopping Block: Red List

This is a relevant subject to look over. I also believe that Red List should, by default, not require an additional 'marking' and should not have a blood cost for the rush action. Even if a marking should occur then it being a trifle makes sense. If one is playing a Red List minion they should expect the dangers that come with it and not also get the advantage of screwing someone's Master Phase and blood expense before actually combating said minion. I also believe that the automatic red listing of a vampire that commits diablerie instead of a blood hunt is a very worthwhile change to the game mechanics in that regard. Good stuff here.
