It checks, there is no prediction involved here. If it were about foreseeing, you could argue that Heidelberg being usable, Marcianna could bleed.

Sure you can. You can use the Coven whenever you want (except in the "as played" window, but that's in the rulebook).

The first can bleed so it does bleed...

Before the second bleed can I use coven, heidelberg or other effects?

I am asking this because now I think there is a "between actions windows"... is that so?

You can use the Coven during actions, but, yes, you can also use it outside of actions.
You can use the Heidelberg Castle here.
Other effects that are usable before a mandatory action are usable.

Yes. It's the impulse that is used when you want to tap the Heidelberg Castle because you want to move those Raven Spies and the .44 Magnum from the minion who got Mind Numbed to the other untapped guy.
