Current status: Current cardtexts and rulings (2013-04-23) won't allow two anarchs to play Hell-for-Leather with the same discipline in a given combat.

Definately by the rules but most likely not the intention of the card.

So, true to what I just wrote in another thread I'm crying wolf right now...
