VtES Expansion articles deleted on Wikipedia

Once PoD gets going, we return to relevance.

I HATE wotc's current pagexlayout and liked the old mtg setup better, with eazily viewed articles and a more user friendly gatherer.

Once we vet some steam again, wiki will reinclude us, and we can theoretically get some newby grabber stuff up n running. With pod, im sondering if drivethrucards will have a picture including search tool, or if we can link to one from the jomepage. I know secret library doesnt, but is the best searcher, and i think therez another vfes search tool that has pictures. But that and a tutorial video can come later, as being printed is way more important.

I still think the page introducting to the game should be important. And starter stuff (like all pre-con decks) should be readily available do begginers.

I think that at the moment they are cheaper, and due to the this new craze of interweb, also cheaper than ever.

They mostly are, except httb and kot, and possibly pre anarchs stuff.

Moreimportantly, once print on demand is out, actually beginner oriented dexjs that are good will be available.

AND on this subject, someone in the dt, (cough, cough, Ben...) should make a small cam set of g5 starters for beginners. But make them like, yiu know, good good. Malk stealthbleed, ventrue lawfirm with some govern, freakdrive, and capoimg action, and some diverse fortitude and presence combat package, brujah bruise n bleex, torrie secomd trads with guns and some voting, nos toolbox with some fighting, blocking, and a cew votes and old friends, tremere toolbox with good cards like mots, rego motus, bow, bowl, etc, and even a gangrel deck that fights,blocks with stsw and other stuff, gets pack alphad dog packs and raven spys, and can bleed with 2 tier of souls and 4-6 deep songs included in decks, along with daring the dawns, earth control, and 2 each of rapid healing and movement of the slow body, along with 1 force of will and 1 refeneration.
Decks that show options and strengths by being lotsa good cards.

The reason the dt should step in is there should be a solid 6 vamps per clan for these, 2 of each camp and, heres the kicker, each clan needs,ONE 6-7 cap with all 3 in clan disciplines and relecant text. The torrie and ventrue need to be princes, the brujah should probably have little fortitude or some other damafe prevention or a limitex rush, and the nos + strength and or fortitude, the gangrel and the malk dont really need much other than 3 inclans ona6 cap... the tremere shouldnt be better than Carna, so maybe just 6 cap with all three inclans at big and a limited special.
You get the idea.
So the set would be 7 clans getting 6 crypt cards, or less maybe, meaning 30-42 new crypt cards available for pod or in starters.

Sound solid?

If it works, add sabbat ones the next year, then indies. Sabbat could just be real different spreads, like lasombra, tzimitze, city gangrel, ventrue antis,
And indis wouldnt ecen need to include gangrel, since vtm fans expect gangrel with cam really, and we can afdord helping that clan anyway.

I'm not in the business side of things, just the design, but print-on-demand potentially allows for customized decks and bundles. Starter decks are definitely a possibility, but perhaps we could also have some of the top tournament decks on offer. That might help new players get familiar with the current tournament environment. Maybe have a player poll twice a year for what tournament decks should be featured for POD. Maybe have a "Deck of the Month" featured, nominated and voted by the players.

As for starters, we could have a starter for every clan, or perhaps a POD deck of each clan's classic archetype(s). We also have to look at how to help players after they've gotten started and are looking to build new decks or modify the starters they bought. We could create bundles of "Clan Essentials", which would include key clan-specific and in-clan-discipline-specific cards in useful quantities of each.

There are a lot of possibilities.

If starter decks are being looked at, once POD comes around, how about some bundled packs equivalent to BSC, but for G1&2 and G5&6?
