You're over emotional about this. Really.
How you write about Montano is how I talk about
, with my friends and just for giggles. Not in a place where people don't know me. This is just a game where people have fun, man.
Besides, get your facts straight, please.
There is another famous
antitribu in London, at least. Montano was a founder of the Camarilla and by far the most competent of the "Sith of the Kindred". Maybe because he thought and acted so outside of his clan's mainstream.
Way before the Anarch Revolt, he was one of the creators of a treaty between elders in Europe that named Justicars to keep peace and deliver justice from which there was no appeal. That treaty was signed by Mithras, Hardestadt, Montano, Saliana, amongst others.
It enforced the 6 Traditions of Via Regalis (Road of Kings) that later became Camarilla Law. This was before 1230. [Road of Kings, page 77].
clans have hundreds of antitribus - in fact, they are so many, they have their own clans in this game.
About his card: I suggest

He's the most proficient vampire in
(besides the Antediluvian), so he could have that +1 Stealth, although in a vampire with
that's kinda dangerous.
Since the Paths of Enlightenment in the cardgame are to cheapen discipline use and he was a master of the Road of Kings, maybe his special could be:
Lasombra Camarilla Inner Circle: Cards that require Dominate
cost Montano 1 less blood. +2 Strength. +1 Bleed.
Cheers!

No, Giangaleazzo was THE lasombra antitribu, and he is already in the game. There are already 2 lasombra antitribu and the are RARE. No need for another one. Screw Montano the Loser.

Camarilla clans have hundred of antitribu, Lasombra have just a few of them. Camarilla clans have (lets say brujah)
In group 1 - 15 camarilla vampires
In group 2 - 9 camarilla vampires 1 independent
In group 3 - 17 camarilla vampires 1 independent
In group 4 - 11 camarilla vampires 1 independent
In group 5 - 11 camarilla vampires
Not to mention their antitribu, 41 vampires divided between 3 groups (2 in 5th).
Lasombra have:
In group 1 - 0 vampires
In group 2 - 15 sabbat vampires 1 independent
In group 3 - 9 sabbat vampires
In group 4 - 12 sabbat vampires 2 laibon 1 camarilla
In group 5 - 2 sabbat vampires
Not to mention they have their antitribu already included.
So consider g3-4, Brujah have 28 camarilla vampires, 2 independent, 23 sabbat. Lasombra have 21 sabbat (less than brujah), 2 laibon and 1 camarilla.
As you can see, Lasombra have no space for Montano in G4-5 unless they will have 50-53 vampires in that grouping, not 17 like they currently have.

Sabbat.Black Hand Shakar: Lech loathe ranged weapons. Once each action, he may burn 1 blood to become Camarilla Prince of Krakow until the end of the action.

I agree with you on that.
But we are also discussing group 6. Montano might be from group 6.

Agree, there is some space for camarilla lasombra in g6, even Montano, however, suggested vampire is from group 5.

Montano
Capacity 11
Group 6
DOM FOR OBT POT
Camarilla: Montano has 4 votes (titled). Cards that require Obtenebration cost him 1 less blood to play. Montano can enter combat with any Assamite, Lasombra or anarch controlled by another Methuselah as an action. +1 bleed. +1 stealth.
This way he has the voting power of an Inner Circle member, but not the ability to play cards requiring them.
He is a master of Obtenebration, so it makes sense for the lowered cost of cards.
He can enter combat with the vampires that betrayed/revolted against him.
