Preferably Volker, some small-cap Justicar + 4 or 5 other friends (Embraces, other influenced out vamps, etc)

What does a turn look like?
Lots of bleeds for 1/2/3 and maybe making a few babies or bloating with Autarkis or Anathema.

Haha, I really like the idea of playing a Brujah bruise-vote-bleed without a single Potence or Celerity card. Especially when everyone at the table is expecting/asking themselves "when does starts playing his Psyche/Torn Signpost/Increased Strength/.." stuff. And all that's there are the Debates and Target Vitals. Hillarious!!

That being said, I find the three A-votes not optimal. Again, single clan pool gain vote equals Con. Boon., not Autarkis Persecution. Also the Anathema are not my cup of tea, especially with Archon as only source of rush. So I would switch to the following:

2x Anathema
2x Archon
4x Consangineous Boon
4x Kine Resource Contested

Also as alternative to the costly Laptop Computers, you could switch to Camera Phone + Leverage:

8x Leverage
8x Camera Phones

Anathemas can be used as a very efficient quasi-Pentex. I don't always plan to cash in on every Anathema... just put one on a major prey vampire so that my GPrey is interested nuking my own prey's vamp. Or if I have an overactive predator then put one there. There is some light intercept from the 2nd Trads and Media locations, and I would bet most people would forget that your 2-cap Embrace can block w/ 3 maneuvers and a punch of 4 without playing a card.

Archons not only give the rush, but have the nice side-effect of requiring you to burn a blood to attempt to block and free diableries of those pesky people you'd like not to come back.

Autarkis could probably be swapped out for Con Boon.

No Taste? Between the Embrace, the 2nd Tradition, the Tribute and the regular punch for 1, are you sure 4 procurers will provide enough blood gain?

I think crypt 1-2 or 4-5 are better choices.
Crypt 1-2 has lowest crypt and additionally you get Rake.
Crypt 4-5 has more votes, which is really good when new carthage hits the table ( a must which you have forgotten to include).

Another angle that you haven´t even touched is events. Anthelios is a good addition to get debates back and the slow withering is a table-crusher.

I don't feel like you have enough debates for your deck's size. Having seen one deck such as this in action quite recently I can tell you that people _will_ burn your debates once they start smarting up to your shenanigans. You could also do with more Second Traditions, the better to preserve the Debates that you do put on the table.
